SEN Teaching Assistant Job - September Start\n\nYour New Company\n\nThis specialist SEN provision in central Manchester is a well-established, purpose-built school supporting pupils aged 11-16 with a wide range of additional needs, including autism spectrum conditions (ASC), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD). The school is part of a respected multi-academy trust and is known for its inclusive ethos, therapeutic approach, and commitment to personalised learning. The school features modern, well-equipped classrooms, sensory integration spaces, and outdoor learning environments.
Staff work collaboratively with in-house therapists and external professionals to deliver a holistic, child-centred curriculum. With a strong focus on emotional regulation, communication, and life skills, the school provides a safe and nurturing environment where every student is supported to reach their full potential.\n\nYour New Job\n\nStarting in September, you will join the school as a SEN Teaching Assistant on a full-time, temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and the wider pastoral team.
