Opportunity
Caterpillar’s Sales Support Consultant within the Job Site Solutions (JSS) Business Process Support Team will focus on the development of region‑specific maintenance & repair (M&R) strategies and pricing for JSS commercial opportunities. The role also supports integrated solution pricing and contract drafting for customers and Cat Dealers in Europe, Africa, Eurasia, and the Middle East.
As a member of the JSS Sales Support team, you will have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build a defect‑free culture. The team works on some of the most exciting projects at Caterpillar, and you will be an integral part of that effort.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
* Develop maintenance strategy and M&R hourly rates for JSS opportunities identified by the commercial team.
* Support customer‑specific asset management strategies for rebuild, repair, or replacement decisions.
* Collaborate with JSS commercial and legal teams to ensure contracts are accurately drafted and legally approved.
* Collaborate with Cat Dealers and JSS Fleet Managers to audit the financial status of M&R contract commitments.
* Maintain and develop Standard Work for regional pricing, contract drafting, and invoicing processes.
* Support the growth of the JSS business model into new countries by collaborating with local accounting and legal teams.

* Customer focus – deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, using insight to guide business decisions and deliver tailored solutions.

* Industry experience – hands‑on experience in heavy industry service operations.
* Data management proficiency – comfortable working with data, using it to inform decisions and drive operational efficiency.
* Adaptability & creativity – embrace change, adapt quickly, make informed decisions under pressure, and bring innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Top Candidates Will Have
* Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
* Strong interpersonal skills – build relationships with ease, engaging with Caterpillar and dealer leadership and cross‑functional teams.
* Experience in dealer‑facing roles – prior exposure to Caterpillar dealer environments is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with Caterpillar systems – understanding of Caterpillar service tools and systems.
* Demonstrated experience using M&R rate development tools such as Calculator Web, Service Option Collaborator, AMT, and related systems.
* Proven background in drafting and finalizing contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational standards and commercial intent.
