About the Role
As a Voids Administrative Assistant within Nottingham City Councils Lettings team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and customer-focused delivery across Housing Services. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to help the service run smoothly and meet its targets.
In this role, you will manage a range of tasks including maintaining accurate records, updating databases and appointment diaries, preparing performance information, and supporting meetings through agenda coordination. You will respond to enquiries from colleagues, partners, and residents by phone, email, and letter, ensuring timely and effective resolution. You will also work closely with energy suppliers and third-party organisations to help resolve metering and arrears issues for empty properties.
