We are looking for a full time Receptionist to join our friendly team at our Ferndown office. As the first person the client sees you are the face of the firm and so throughout the organisation our receptionists play a crucial role in welcoming our clients and always ensuring a high level of customer care. At times you will be required to offer administrative support to our legal teams.
The Package:
This position is a permanent full-time role. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour for lunch which equates to a 35 hour week. The position will be based at our Ferndown office. We offer an attractive salary which will be based on individual’s qualifications and experience.
The Candidate:
* You must have had experience in a similar role.
* You will be IT literate and fully conversant with MS Office packages.
* You will be friendly, approachable and have excellent customer service skills.
* You will have an excellent telephone manner.
* You will be confident, self-motivated and work equally well on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
* You will be a team player, helping to support back-office functions when needed.
* You will be organised and able to prioritise and schedule your workload.
* You will provide administrative support to our legal teams when needed.
