We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Short Stay Unit!
About the Unit:
Our Short Stay Unit is a 40-bed, fast-paced environment primarily caring for patients with a length of stay up to 72 hours. We provide comprehensive care for acute medical patients with various conditions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support to Ward/Department Leader: Collaborate with the Ward/Department Leader to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
2. Nursing Care: Deliver and monitor high-quality nursing care for a designated group of patients throughout their care episode.
3. Learning Environment: Play an active role in fostering a positive and effective learning environment for all team members.
