*Overview*
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HubSpot Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis and analysis skills, with a focus on optimising HubSpot platforms to enhance marketing, sales, and customer service operations. *Duties*
* Analyse client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation within HubSpot
* Design, implement, and customise HubSpot workflows, automation, and integrations to meet client objectives
* Provide strategic guidance on best practices for using HubSpot tools effectively
* Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to maximise platform utilisation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored marketing and sales strategies using HubSpot
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure seamless operation
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation outlining project progress, insights, and recommendations
* Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a HubSpot Consultant or in a similar role specialising in inbound marketing platforms
* Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret client needs into actionable solutions
* Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
* Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
* A recognised qualification or certification in HubSpot (preferred but not essential)
