In business for 90 years Richardson & Starling are the largest building preservation contractor in Scotland and one of the largest in the UK. We offer a comprehensive range of property preservation and repair services to property owners, building professionals, local businesses and local authorities.
Due to continuing contract wins we are looking to expand our surveying capacity in Stirling with the addition of a Preservation surveyor.
Full Time/Permanent – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.

Job Description
· Carry out surveys in domestic, commercial & social housing properties
· Compile detailed comprehensive reports and accurate quotations
· Develop new and retain existing client base
· Promoting and selling of company products and services
· Day to day contact with team members, including mentoring trainee staff.
Knowledge, Experience & Requirements
· Sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
· Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· CSTDB – Certified Surveyor of Timber and Damp in Buildings
· Motivated and passionate about delivering high levels of service to our current and potential clients
· Good time management and organisational skills
· Full UK Driving Licence
