The Role
As a Menswear Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a highly personalised and consultative service, building lasting client relationships, and acting as a true ambassador for the brand.
You will combine product expertise, styling knowledge, and exceptional relationship‑building skills to create memorable experiences for every client, from first‑time visitors to established VIPs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional luxury service through a consultative selling approach
* Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive outreach and follow‑up
* Develop deep knowledge of ready‑to‑wear, tailoring, footwear, and accessories collections
* Provide styling advice tailored to individual lifestyles and wardrobes
* Drive sales performance while maintaining the highest service standards
* Support store events, client appointments, and private shopping experiences
* Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring impeccable presentation standards
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
* Support operational duties including stock management and replenishment
About You
* Previous experience within luxury menswear, premium fashion, tailoring, or client‑focused retail
* Strong understanding of styling, fit, fabrics, and wardrobe building
* Naturally relationship‑driven with excellent communication skills
* Commercially minded with a track record of achieving sales targets
* Confident working with high‑net‑worth and international clientele
* Impeccably presented with a genuine appreciation for luxury fashion
