Ensuring Tool availability, including Jigs/Fixtures ready for production.
*Ensuring that all moulding machines are running to their optimum settings.
*The successful Tool Setter will have proven experience of operating in a high volume automotive, manufacturing environment, with a track record in production/process improvements within Injection Moulding.
Ideally, Tool Setters will have solid experience of quality related issues and being NVQ/City & Guilds trained in Advanced Polymer Processing.
