Role Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage a team of technicians
2. Oversee daily technical operations and ensure efficiency
3. Coordinate and prioritize technical projects
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
7. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
9. Carry out any other responsibilities as required.
