The role is based in Grantham - easily commutable from most of Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm
You should have...
* Experience in warehouse management including WMS (ideally Oracle Netsuite or SAP or similar)
* Strong understanding of all warehousing operations from goods in to despatch, inventory management and stock control, health and safety management
* Excellent team leadership skills and stakeholder management as you will be dealing with offshore suppliers (China, India, Vietnam)
* Confidence to set and measure performance through KPI's and SLA's (e.g. OTIF) preferably in a seasonal retail or ecommerce business
