Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bootle. Sefton
Salary: £475-£550 per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday (8.15am-3.30pm)
Connex Education is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and compassionate EYFS/KS1 teaching assistant to provide both group interventions and 1:1 suppport. The role will require a teaching assistant with experience supporting children who need encouragement participating in all aspects of school life.

About the role:
As a EYFS/KS1 teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored interventions with pupils with special educational needs across EYFS and Y1. The role requires a consistent, reliable, and adaptable TA who can contribute to building a positive school environment. Experience supporting children with special educational needs is essential for this role.

Qualifications and requirements:
* Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable.
* Experience supporting children with SEN is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to adapt to different learning needs.
* It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
