About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Warehouse Operations: Manage daily operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution, while optimizing processes and maintaining inventory accuracy.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations governing medical cannabis, including licensing, certifications, and inspections.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a positive, high-performing environment.

* Logistics: Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager and logistics partners to ensure timely, efficient order fulfillment.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 5+ years in warehouse management, ideally in a regulated industry like pharmaceuticals, food, or cannabis.
* Knowledge: Expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, and compliance in a regulated environment.
* Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
