Role: Business Development Manager

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 (DOE) + Commission + Car Allowance
Based in Lincolnshire, our client is a well-established manufacturer of premium, high performance timber windows and doors.
Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive their continued success. In this role, will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward in line with a strategic sales and marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers, architects, builders, contractors, and installers.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
* Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director to shape and execute strategic sales plans.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and prospects.
* Deliver compelling proposals and presentations in partnership with design and estimating teams.
* Attend industry events to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
* Create and manage sales forecasts.
Requirements:
1. Proven sales success, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or the built environment.
