This is an opportunity to work within a well-established, high-performing department advising a sophisticated client base on complex and often high-value matters. The role You will handle a broad and stimulating caseload with a particular focus on high-net-worth divorce and financial remedy work. The practice also advises on: Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Civil partnerships and relationship breakdowns Privately funded children matters High-profile and sensitive matrimonial cases Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in the wider success of the team by: Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors Supporting business development and profile-raising initiatives Maintaining the firm’s reputation for technical excellence and outstanding client care About you Applications are invited from Family Solicitors with 3 years’ PQE gained at a recognised family law practice. Experience of high-net-worth financial remedy work is highly desirable.
