About The Job
We’re seeking a technically skilled CRM Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you’ll enhance processes, integrate AI capabilities, and improve customer experiences using our marketing technology stack.
You’ll bring hands-on ESP/CRM expertise, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit to develop and scale the CRM function within our growth team.
What You’ll Be Doing
ESP & Technical Operations
* Own and optimize CRM processes for efficiency and impact, assessing campaign methods and tooling to streamline operations and maximize output.
* Lead AI and automation implementation in CRM campaigns and operations to boost efficiency, engagement, and performance.
* Manage technical setup and execution of campaigns within the ESP, including dynamic content, personalization, A/B testing, and automation.
* Troubleshoot data integrations, segmentation, and campaign performance issues proactively.
Campaign Planning & Execution
* Assist in end-to-end campaign planning, from briefing and segmentation to deployment and reporting.
* Build and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS) using Klaviyo.
* Collaborate with dev and analytics teams for accurate segmentation and targeting.
* Define customer journeys and trigger-based communications to improve engagement and retention.
About You
* 5+ years of hands-on CRM/ESP experience (Klaviyo, Braze, Optimove, Bloomreach, etc.).
* Proven ability to build and deploy campaigns across email, push, and SMS.
* Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and campaign logic.
* Familiarity with HTML for email and QA practices across devices.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams.
* Bonus: Experience with AI/automation and dynamic content platforms like Movable Ink.
