Your Role as a Sales &; Lettings Negotiator:
* Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
* Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants
* Carry out market appraisals for both sales and lettings
* Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
* Cross sell financial and conveyancing services
* Keep up to date with new legislation
What we’re looking for from a Sales &; Lettings Negotiator:
* Minimum of three months industry experience, whether this be sales, lettings, or both!
* Desire to learn new things and be the face for new business for the office
* Strong communication &; people skills – build lasting relationships!
* A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Solid IT skills &; attention to detail
* A well-presented and professional approach
* Punctuality &; great organisational skills
* Valid driving licence
