A specialist FMCG supplier is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join them as they move to the next level of growth and development within the business.
Reporting to the MD and leading a team of 6, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless customer experience. You will be a key player in transitioning the team from a reactive customer service model to a proactive, results-driven sales culture.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager Include:
