Job Description
Are you a graduate or about to graduate looking to gain experience working with students with special needs?
We are collaborating with a fantastic SEN school in Luton seeking SEMH Teaching Assistants starting from September 2025. The school is particularly interested in Psychology and Criminology graduates who aspire to become Education Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, or Occupational Therapists.
The role involves working with pupils with diverse needs including Social, Emotional, Mental Health, Autism, and behavioral difficulties. The school values candidates who are committed to a minimum of 12 months to ensure consistency for the children’s development.
Some experience working with children in various settings is beneficial, but personality and motivation are equally important.
