Salary: Up to £45k basic + OTE around £85k

What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships
* Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities across tech, AV and IT products
* Lead negotiations, renewals and service agreements
* Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
What We're Looking For
* Proven Account Management or B2B Sales experience (ideally in tech, AV, IT, SaaS or similar)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident managing the full sales cycle
* Organised, proactive and target-driven
