Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Strategic Management: Leading the in-house premises team, managing all contractors, and overseeing cyclical maintenance programmes for the entire site.
* Compliance & Safety: Full responsibility for site security, fire safety, and ensuring all statutory Health & Safety compliance across the estate.
* Facilities Oversight: Managing the maintenance budget and overseeing minor capital improvement projects.
Compensation & Benefits
* Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
* Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
