We are seeking a motivated and organised DRM Project Co-Ordinator to join our Information Systems team in planning, executing and overseeing a range of Document Record Management (DRM) projects. In addition, you will learn the intricacies of DRM to provide assistance associated with functionality, business and system knowledge, training and workflows. Ideal candidate will be detail orientated, proactive and eager to learn both the Document Record Management system and develop project management skills. Salary : Circa £45K depending on experience Location : Stevenage or Bolton Dynamic (hybrid) working : 1-2 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance : This role will require SC Clearance. Working in the IS Enterprise Services team, the DRM Project Co-Ordinator will have the opportunity to support both National and International DRM projects. Primarily, the focus will be to support the DRM application, and develop skills to act as a DRM Subject Matter Expert. In addition, there may be future opportunities to support wider Enterprise application deployments for UK as and when required. As the DRM Project Co-Ordinator, you will assist the UK DRM Manager in project planning, collaborating with Business Managers and Business Project teams to define DRM project goals, objectives, scope, tasks and timelines. Co-ordinate resources and maintain project documentation. Communicate with Stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and escalate potential issues. As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments in IM and International DRM team members. Able to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IM and data constraints to the business; business processes and workflow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives. You will have the opportunity for growth and development in the IS Enterprise Services team and receive mentorship and training from the DRM Manager and other team members.
