An established and fast-growing regional law firm is expanding its Residential Property team and is looking to appoint two experienced fee earners.

The Role
1. Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
2. Handling a mix of freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and re-mortgages
3. Delivering a high standard of client care and building long-term relationships
4. Working closely with support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient process
What We’re Looking For
5. Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
6. Strong experience managing a busy residential property caseload independently
7. Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
8. Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
