Our Volkswagen Bridgend dealership, part of the Sinclair Group are currently recruiting a Parts & Accessory Advisor, with practical knowledge of motor vehicles, to work within our busy Parts team.
Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Volkswagen Swansea
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours a week working Monday to Friday and Saturday morning on a rota paid as overtime.
Position Pays: £25,584 to £26,500 (depending on experience) plus a monthly bonus.
The Opportunity:
Sinclair Group Parts Advisors play a vital role in the daily running of our Parts departments, communicating effectively between customers and staff and making sure that the right parts are found for the job.
You will be responsible for:
1. Working with customers to meet their requirements and giving advice on additional parts and services.
2. Matching orders against stock items and sourcing parts, while offering competitive prices.
3. Working as a team and independently to reach set goals and KPIs.
4. Delivering fantastic customer service while remaining efficient and focused on your tasks.
5. Incoming and outgoing call handling, face-to-face transactions and IT-based communications.
6. Managing goods in and out.
7. Working with suppliers, placing orders or returns and processing paperwork accurately.
8. Cash handling.
