Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). Our service operates 365 days a year. Rotas are provided in advance.
Pay rate: £31,917 to £32,540 per annum* (depending on qualifications), with opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.

Our Warrington home is a smaller, therapeutic placement setting. Our team supports young people's domestic needs, education, social skills, and facilitates fun activities and excursions.

Estimated salary based on a pay rate of £12.60 to £12.90 per hour for days (depending on qualifications) and working 8 sleep nights per month at £60 per sleep night, effective from 1st April 2025.
Requirements:
* Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
* A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
* A full UK driving license (essential)
* Right to work in the UK without restrictions (essential)

* Must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations (essential)
