Job Description:
Join a leading, sustainability-focused investment management partnership with a global client base. This independent firm, specialises in both public and private equity strategies, with a strong commitment to integrating sustainability into every investment decision. This role will focus on Private Equity and sit in the Client team but please note, this role will not be client facing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide critical operational and technical support to the Private Equity team, enabling senior professionals to focus on capital raising by ensuring the team is equipped with best-in-class data, materials, and process support.
* Manage the production of high-quality client materials and presentations, synthesising input from various internal stakeholders to respond to investor requests efficiently.
* Oversee data management, performance benchmarking, and report generation for investor deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Drive improvements in internal processes by leveraging technical tools and automation, with a focus on quality and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with executive assistants, investor relations, and investment professionals to streamline workflows and support project management across investment, finance, and client service functions.
* Contribute to content creation and analysis that adds insight and value to investor communications, going beyond pure execution.
* Support the expansion of the firm’s private markets client base in Europe by enabling more efficient and scalable investor engagement.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* 5–10 years’ relevant experience in private equity (LP or GP side), supporting investor relations, fundraising, or product development.
* Strong technical and data-handling skills, with advanced MS Office and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
* Proven ability to produce high-quality materials, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements across teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a collaborative, proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
* Demonstrated passion for sustainability and ambition to grow within a mission-driven firm
