This an exciting role for an individual who is a technical accountant with strong experience in the Property sector. My client welcomes qualified ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience candidates. Duties
* Property accounts, including rates, rents and service charge
* Fixed asset accounting and reporting
* Management of asset registers
* Lease accounting in line with IFRS 16
* Depreciation calculations and journal postings
* Month‑end reporting support
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Liaising with auditors and stakeholders on asset‑related queries
