Overview
We are a local property firm looking for an enthusiastic person who is motivated and driven to be part of our Company. We require someone who can work 5 days a week (Mon‑Fri). The successful candidate will have their own portfolio of no more than 600 units in total and will have their own dedicated Assistant Property Manager.
Responsibilities
* Preparing annual service charge budgets
* Insurance claims handling
* Inspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided are satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues
* Health & Safety Compliance
* Liaise with other team members and departments
* Building strong and proactive relationships with clients
* Respond to leasehold enquiries in an efficient manner
* Attend external meetings as needed
Technical Skills & Qualifications
* Strong management and organisational skills
* The ability to multitask
* Ideally IRPM qualified
* Knowledge of property management principles and procedures
* Good soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand the customers’ needs
* Working knowledge of a property management computer system
* Working knowledge of windows-based spreadsheets – i.e. Excel
* Ability to use Microsoft Word
* Good written and verbal communication skills
