As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for playing an essential role in the supply chain. You will use your analytical skills in hand with commercial and sales data to effectively estimate future product demands. You will plan inventory flow, analyse statistical data, and generate forecasting solutions. What you'll do:- Develop effective forecast models based on trends and demand patterns for the short, medium and long term basis for the portfolio of products (including existing & new skus) Analyse and maintain an accurate demand plan utilising current systems Work closely with Customers to develop insight to improve ongoing forecasting accuracy in the short to medium term Work closely with colleagues in the Commercial, Finance and Marketing teams to align the sales forecast for key activities including Promotions, New Product launches and Seasonal events Propose and implement solutions to continually improve demand forecast accuracy.
