Job Title: EET Employee Engagement (New Business)
Salary: £30,609 rising to £31,809 in April 2026.
Location: Watford
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid – you will work at least three days per week (60%) at our Watford site. During the training period new starters are required to be in the office five days a week until they are competent and fully trained.

As a New Business Engagement Executive focusing on new business enquiries, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and bringing the benefits of our employee car scheme to a wider audience. You'll be a key player in our dynamic Employee Engagement Team, responsible for proactively connecting with potential customers, guiding them through the process, and ultimately driving new business growth. * Product Knowledge: Strong interest in cars and the automotive industry. (Prior knowledge of salary sacrifice car schemes is a plus!)
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage a pipeline, and meet deadlines.
Experience That Would Be Really Useful
* Inbound Lead Conversion: Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries via phone and email, applying consultative skills to convert interest into confirmed orders.
* Proactive Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to a targeted customer base, presenting the advantages of our employee car scheme and identifying qualified leads.
* Quotation & Follow-Up: Prepare tailored vehicle quotations, communicate lead times, and proactively follow up to nurture leads and secure orders.
* Product Knowledge Expert: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and guidance to customers.
* Event Participation: Represent the company at driver roadshows and launch events, gathering valuable customer feedback and promoting our services.
* Customer Support: Assist customers during platform logins, navigate the ordering process, and provide ongoing support throughout their journey.
* Collaboration & Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve the order process and contribute to ad‑hoc projects when required.
* Exceptional Customer Communication: Provide outstanding service through phone and email, building rapport and establishing long-term relationships.
