Mortgage Advisor
Location: Hybrid/Wimborne
Full Time - 35 hours per week (4 x days per week, Monday – Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm, day off in the week)
Salary: £35,000 per annum DOE

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our Mortgage Sales Team.
As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll provide tailored advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they find the right mortgage products for their needs. You'll manage the process from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering an outstanding customer experience while meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, regulated mortgage advice to new and existing clients
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication
* Assess client needs and financial circumstances to recommend suitable mortgage products
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to progress applications efficiently
* Ensure all advice and documentation comply with FCA regulations and internal policies
* Keep up to date with the latest mortgage products, rates, and industry developments
* Achieve individual and team targets for quality, compliance, and performance
Qualifications/Experience:
* CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
* At least 1 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
* Proven experience in mortgage advising, ideally within a regulated financial services environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A strong understanding of mortgage products and the end-to-end process
* The ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
