Reward and Benefits
* £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience)

Typical Week
* Planning and managing the end‑to‑end installation process for physically large and technically complex measurement equipment at globally located semiconductor manufacturing sites and research centres
* Coordinating across internal teams (engineering, logistics, and service) to ensure installations are delivered on time and to specification
* Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation lifecycle, keeping them informed and managing expectations
* Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, site readiness issues, or logistical challenges before they become problems
* Maintaining accurate records of installation progress, documentation, and customer sign‑off
* Travelling to customer sites when required to oversee and support critical installations
Experience Required
* Coordinating and managing complex equipment installations, ideally within a high‑technology, industrial, or semiconductor environment
* Working directly with customers throughout a project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage
* Organising and prioritising multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
* Collaborating closely with engineering and logistics teams to plan and execute installation programmes
* Producing clear installation documentation, schedules, and status reports
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with semiconductor capital equipment or precision measurement systems
* Experience working in a fast‑growing, scale‑up environment
* Understanding of site preparation requirements for large or complex equipment
* Exposure to ERP or project management tools
Education / Qualifications
An engineering, technical, or project management qualification, or a clear equivalent path through relevant industry experience. A formal project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) would be advantageous but is not essential.
