About the job
We’re looking for an experienced, Performance Marketing manager to help us deliver growth in both our mortgage and savings app business.
The role will entail:
o Directly managing and executing user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Apple Search Ads) with a significant budget
o Monitoring performance and continuously optimising campaigns using data led insights
o Managing the tracking, analysis, and reporting of growth activity
o Working closely with our small but mighty marketing team to deliver on our huge growth goals
Requirements :
o At least 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with at least six figurebudgets
o An expert in Meta, Google and Tiktok’s ad platforms
o You have recently been directly managing optimisation in platform (not just overseeing working by direct reports or agencies) with significant seven figure budgets
o Ability to write compelling and optimised ad copy. Eye for static and video ad creation a bonus
o Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and A/B testing
o Experience with MMPs like Appsflyer
o Experience in a B2C product-led business, driving growth to an app alongside a website
o Organised and process driven - you want to test the right things in the right order
o Obsessed with data analysis - you don’t make decisions based on gut feel
o Comfortable with both day-to-day execution & strategic thinking
o A team player who cares about collaboration - you’ll get the team behind your initiatives
o Collaborative, with exceptional communication skills
