Are you highly organised with a strong eye for detail and a passion for working with data? Would you like to develop your expertise within an innovative and fast-paced environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and make a meaningful contribution over a six-month period. To be successful in this role, you will need advanced Excel skills and a meticulous approach to data management. Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid weekly via PAYE and requires an immediate start. Unfortunately, candidates with lengthy notice periods cannot be considered. Temporary Data Administrator Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Liaising with internal teams to streamline data processes and ensure ongoing accuracy Carrying out detailed reviews to maintain data integrity Extracting and analysing data to validate processes Organising and managing large datasets in Excel, including the use of macros Collating information from multiple internal and external sources Supporting the wider team in meeting strict SLAs by efficiently managing data backlogs Temporary Data Administrator Rewards Competitive hourly rate of £15.93 plus holiday pay, paid weekly Opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a growing and quality-driven organisation Exposure to regulatory frameworks and quality assurance processes The Company Our client is a pioneering organisation known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and collaboration. Temporary Data Administrator Experience Essentials Proven administrative experience with a strong focus on data handling Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Comfortable managing large datasets with a high level of accuracy Previous experience supporting quality assurance or compliance functions Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently Location Based in Cowley, with on-site parking available.
