Job Description:
Social Worker - Clinical Case Manager
Are you:
* Clinically qualified and experienced Social Worker?
* Keen to take your clinical skills in a new direction?
* Thinking about life outside of the NHS?
* Or perhaps you have retired but considering utilising your skills in a slower paced, flexible role?
Then consider becoming a Clinical Case Manager at Bush & Co.
Changing direction in your clinical career or joining a new organisation can be an anxious time. We’ll support you in your new role and settling into the medico-legal sector by enrolling you into our case management and clinical mentorship programme, and being on hand to answer any questions you may have.
About us:
Bush & Co is one of the UK’s leading expert witness, immediate needs assessment, case management, and rehabilitation services. Our Associate Clinical Case Managers support some of the most vulnerable children, young people, and adults following life-changing injuries such as acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries, and more.
Our Associate Case Managers operate UK wide, and due to growth, we are seeking clinically qualified professionals to join our network on a self-employed basis:
What you’ll be doing as Associate Clinical Case Manager:
* Managing a caseload of clients through their rehabilitation.
* Leading assessment in the home, rehabilitation, and goal setting.
* Signposting and advocating for clients' needs, assessing what is required for them to live a fulfilled life, including accessing services, community reintroduction, social engagement, employment, or meaningful activities.
* Managing all case-related administration, including instructions to third parties and report writing and review.
To succeed, you should have proven clinical experience, valid clinical registration, and experience in developing and implementing rehabilitation plans. Strong relationship-building skills are essential. Since this is a field-based role, you must be a driver with access to a vehicle and able to travel across the UK. We welcome applications from those with previous community-based experience or new to case management.
What we can offer you:
* A competitive hourly rate
* Flexible hours starting from a minimum of 15 hours per week
* Work predominantly Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
* Home working combined with travel
