Role Overview – Head of Capital Programme PMO: Develop and implement PMO structures and frameworks for capital projects. Oversee programme governance, risk management, and performance reporting. Lead resource allocation, project gateways, options appraisals, and business case development. Provide strategic oversight and assurance to senior stakeholders and committees. Drive continuous improvement and embed a resident-focused culture across delivery.Candidate Profile: Proven experience leading PMOs for large-scale capital programmes, ideally in the public sector.
