Job Description
This position plays a key role in producing the Group's annual financial statements, overseeing statutory disclosures, and managing the end-to-end group consolidation process.It is responsible for coordinating and driving the external audit of the Group's accounts, maintaining a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate auditor needs and ensuring thorough preparation so that sign-off is achieved without delay.The role also takes ownership of all accounting aspects related to acquisitions - including purchase accounting, fair value assessments, and integrating newly acquired entities into the Group's statutory reporting.In addition, this position acts as a subject matter expert on technical accounting matters, supporting the wider Finance team and leading the implementation of new financial reporting standards as they arise.

4. Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
5. Idealling a first-time mover from a practice background or someone trained in industry with strong technical skills
