Main duties of the job
* Provide primary medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
* Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and follow-ups.
* Prescribe medications and manage patient medication plans.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
* Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement activities.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
* Contribute to practice meetings and administrative tasks as required.
* Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated salaried GP to provide maternity leave cover. The successful candidate will join our friendly and supportive team to deliver high-quality primary care services, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive general practice consultations for a diverse patient population.
* Manage acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medications and referrals as appropriate.
* Conduct health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
