Job Description
In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business, which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.
With Bridgefield’s support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering healthcare costs, and advancing resuscitation science while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital markets.

The Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of overall operational activities related to our Distributor & Partner Channel. This role serves as a key partner to the commercial team, driving effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of partner operations. It is critical in optimizing tools, processes, analytics, and strategies supporting our field teams.

Your role:
* Optimize sales processes to improve productivity and maximize business outcomes
* Ensure CRM and sales automation tools are optimized and effectively used
* Monitor and enhance lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting
* Support the commercial & marketing teams in creating and executing Partner Joint Business Plans
* Train and support Partners and/or Market stakeholders on relevant Philips sales and service processes and tools
* Monitor and improve sales and service process performance and adherence (including DDP process, contract management, and administration of business criteria)
* Ensure partner data and contract templates are up-to-date in company systems (collaborating with legal and contract management teams)
* Manage order and supply-related problem solving activities in collaboration with channel partners and internal teams
* Prepare input for Partner performance reviews
You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor Degree in business or related discipline
* 3-5 years of experience in sales operations
* Experience with channel partners is highly desirable
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Certified LEAN Basic or equivalent
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, effective in virtual teams
* Customer-focused mindset
* Fluent in English; additional EMEAI languages are a plus
How we work together
We believe we are better together. For office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days a week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in our facilities. Field roles are typically outside main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.
This role is office-based, requiring at least 3 days/week in the office.
