The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of residential property matters including house sales and purchases, acting for a broad range of clients including individuals, trusts, SMEs and property developers. The team also advises housebuilders on site acquisitions and assembly, through to the plot sales of completed homes. The successful candidate will deal with an interesting and varied workload with high levels of client contact in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
