Role Overview:

We are seeking apassionate, driven, and visionary Clinic Managerto lead our North Ormesby Dialysis Unit in collaboration with the NHS. This is more than just a management role – it’s a leadership opportunity where you’ll inspire your team, innovate patient care, and elevate clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead day-to-day operations of the North Ormesby Dialysis Unit with a relentless focus on patient care, ensuring every aspect of the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop, mentor, and empower your team of dedicated healthcare professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
* Ensure thatpatients are at the heartof everything we do – addressing their concerns with compassion and providing exceptional care that goes beyond expectations.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.
* Drive clinical excellence by continuously improving patient outcomes through best practices, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
* Foster a culture ofconstant improvement, motivating your team to reach new heights in service delivery and patient satisfaction.
* Manage resources, budgets, and supplies with an eye for efficiency, always aiming to optimise clinic performance without compromising on quality.
* Be a key player in our UK-wide Clinic Manager community, participating in ourClinic Manager Development Programmeto grow both personally and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:We are looking for someone with:

* A passion for patient careand the drive to make a meaningful impact.
* Aregistered nurse (NMC)qualification.
* Dialysis experience isn't essential as we are seeking an experienced manager who can lead and manage the team.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, ideally previously CQC registered.
* In-depth understanding of theHealth and Social Care Act 2008and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
* A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
