Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as Cover Supervisors at secondasry schools in the Basingstoke area. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals early in their teaching careers who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience. As a Cover Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that learning objectives are met and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising classes across various subjects and year groups as assigned by the school.
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring that students stay on task.
* Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
* Following school policies and procedures in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Providing feedback on students' behaviour and engagement to the appropriate staff.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
* Desire to pursue a career in education or gain classroom experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
