Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of residential projects across all stages
* Prepare planning and Building Regulations applications
* Produce detailed drawing and technical packages using BIM software
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Attend site visits and project meetings as required
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Architect with several years' UK experience
* Proven experience in residential architecture
* Strong understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
