Key responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for major business and technology initiatives.
Produce clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements aligned to regulatory and operational standards.
Map current and future processes, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Work with architects, engineers, and product owners to define solution options and user stories.
Support regulatory, risk, and compliance-driven change, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across multiple business units.
Conduct data and workflow analysis to inform design decisions.
Contribute to impact assessments, business cases, and readiness planning.
Maintain traceability across requirements, design, testing, and implementation.
Required experience Proven Business Analyst experience in a large financial-services organisation.
Strong understanding of regulatory environments and governance frameworks.
experience delivering enterprise-scale technology or operational change.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and structured documentation.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Desirable skills Knowledge of FCA/PRA regulations, AML/KYC, payments, or operational resilience.
experience with cloud, data, or digital transformation programmes.
