We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Membership Sales Manager to join our team. You will recruit, train and lead a team of Membership Advisors, driving sales and membership growth through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media. You'll manage the sales process from lead generation to follow‑up, ensuring that potential members understand the benefits and costs of joining. Working closely with the Event Sales Manager, you'll help maintain the Club's calendar and promote local sales initiatives. In addition, you'll take on Duty Manager shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing leadership when needed. Join us to make an impact and grow within our vibrant team!
Responsibilities
* Recruit, train, and lead a team of Membership Advisors.

Qualifications
* Degree in a related field (business, hospitality management, public relations, or sales) – desirable.
* Experience in sales management.
* Exceptional service standards and ability to exceed guest expectations.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent presentation skills.

Work Hours
We operate a 7‑days a week business, 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns vary and include all opening hours, weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions until 0200.
