About the Role
Are you ready to lead the future of water infrastructure? We’re looking for an experienced Design Manager to drive multidisciplinary design delivery for major AMP8 projects.
What You’ll Do
* ✅ Lead and grow a high‑performing design team (engineers, CAD technicians, graduates)
* ✅ Oversee design processes for complex water industry projects
* ✅ Champion BIM, 3D modelling, and innovative software solutions
* ✅ Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of design outputs
* ✅ Shape best practices and challenge existing processes
What We’re Looking For
* ✔ Minimum 5 years in water framework delivery
* ✔ Strong experience in the regulated water industry
* ✔ Leadership skills with a passion for innovation
