Job Description
3. Support the finance department in day-to-day operations
4. Process invoices and manage accounts payable
5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports
6. Conduct reconciliation of bank statements
7. Maintain financial files and records
8. Participate in financial audits
9. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
10. Support the month-end and year-end close process
The Successful Applicant
A successful purchase ledger clerk should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
12. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
13. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
14. Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
15. Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
16. Strong verbal and written communication skills
