About ourNurseryYork is an Ofsted-rated"Outstanding" nursery with a capacity of 120 children. It is alarge, purpose-built facility that was fully refurbished in 2017.The nursery offers age-appropriate rooms, all of which have accessto outdoor areas, including a unique enclosed woodland walk.Located on Eccles Close in Rawcliffe, the nursery is easilyaccessible by public transport, with several bus routes serving thearea. One of the nearest bus stops is just a few minutes' walk awayon the A19. The facility also provides free parking for addedconvenience.

Role Responsibilities:
What to Expect as a NurseryPractitioner:
- Create aSafe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange roomsto encourage children's growth andlearning.- Lead Educational Activities: Plan anddeliver activities that support children's physical, emotional,intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early YearsFoundation Stage (EYFS).- Key Person Role:Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong familyconnections.
Required Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in EarlyYears Education.- Proven experience in workingwith children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhoodeducation- Skills: Good communication capableor, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to applyknowledge of child development to plan and deliveractivities.
