This is a collaborative role working with individuals and groups across professional and organisational boundaries.
This position offers an Occupational Therapist the opportunity to develop clinical, leadership, and supervisory skills, including mentoring junior team members and students on placement.

Essential Criteria
1. Recognised and relevant Occupational Therapist degree
2. Valid and up-to-date HCPC registration
3. Sensory qualification (desirable)
4. Driving licence and access to a vehicle
5. Experience working with children and young people
6. Experience within an educational setting
7. Experience in teaching, training, and supervising other OTs
8. Experience in undertaking appraisals and planning CPD for less experienced staff (desirable)
9. A willingness to learn and adapt practice in line with neurodiversity-affirming Occupational Therapy principles
