The Role – Nuclear 360 Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking for ambitious professionals to join our team. As a Nuclear 360 Consultant, you'll handle business development and candidate placement in the nuclear sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading a new division focused on nuclear.
* Driving new business via outbound sales and relationship building.
* Meeting clients at sites and headquarters.
* Attending industry events to expand your network.
* Exceeding revenue and placement targets.
* Generating leads through research, sourcing, and cold calling.
* Collaborating with the Delivery Team to find top talent.
* Negotiating salaries and contracts.
* Owning your market and potentially leading a team.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years’ experience in nuclear energy recruitment, sales, or business development.
* Motivated, goal-oriented, resilient.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Education to A-Level or degree preferred.
* Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Outgoing personality.
